米国産牛肉の再交渉

ペン農務次官は、アメリカ国内で2例しかBSEが見つかっていないことを理由に「BSEはほとんど人間に感染しない。BSEに感染する確率よりも、車の事故に遭う確率の方が高い」と述べた。

　大変失礼で無神経な発言だな。今回の事は米国牛が安全かどうかやBSE感染確率の問題ではなく、日本政府との輸入再開合意事項である「日本向けには、20カ月以下の牛の危険部位除去」を守られなかった事。更に「日本向け担当」の検査官がその基準すら知らず、と云うより輸出検査の為の検査官教育も研修も行われてない検査官を配置し担当させていた事の出鱈目さにある。つまり「日本との輸入再開合意事項」はアメリカにとって口先だけで遵守する気はなかったって事だ。単純ミスのレベルの問題では無い。

その上、ペン農務次官の様なフザケタ言い訳聞いていると「外交問題」へのセンスの無さ丸出し。こんな態度で日本側と「再々開協議」を続ける積もりなら再々開は永遠に無理だろうし「米国嫌い」を増産しますぜ。日本側もこの機会に「その態度の不遜さ」をきっちりとアメリカ側に教えて上げる事だ。それが「日米同盟」の本質だろう。

最も日本側の交渉は外務、農水、厚生労働省の担当局長級が出ている様だが、特に外務省のへたれ共は、中国、韓国、朝鮮等に対するのと同様に、ろくな対応は出来ないだろうな。外務省って所は「外国の利益代表部又は第２大使館」を日本の国費と人材で養ってあげてる様なもので、日本の国益と国民の為にはちっとも働かない不思議な「ショッピングモール」の様な役所だからな。
